90cm is a good size. I tried 633 with 32” mast (81cm) in January and it worked out pretty well. So maybe you can build a set for ~85cm travel bag.

The 82cm mast has no rake so it needs to be positioned 30mm forward on the board compared to 91/101

are you sure that it needs to go forward? Not backward? Because 91 move fuse to back and 82 not so for same position 82 needs to move little back. Just checking, im not sure :)
