Camet Foot strap screws

I picked up a used 2018-2019 Camet race board from someone that was using it strapless.

I used wood screws for the straps and they stripped out of the rear strap after the second session.

Any clues on what kind of screws these take? Now that I'm looking closely They look like they may take machine screw. However the wood screws seem to be holding fine for the front straps
