I am ready for a front-roll with my foil progression. But I was told that front roll is much more dangerous and honestly, I have not really seen anyone I know doing it. Only some pros and there are no walk-thru.
I am looking for a write-up from someone who has mastered it.
Instructions step by step.
DOs/Dont's etc.
Of course a nice instructional video in addition to a write-up would be awesome. I went to youtube and only found this thus far..
The front roll was my favorite move back in my twin tip days. When I switched to hydrofoils I did a few. They aren't difficult but I quickly learned that when things go wrong I could end up crashing on top of my foil in a rather dangerous mess. I stick to back rolls now.. definitely safer.
