Thanks for reply Peter:) That's not me on the vid, this guy rips.
It's the same at my local in 15knts for me, need line tension to work kite to generate speed to stay on wave(not foil).
Once it picks up around 16knts i can park it a bit in crosshore or cross/cross/on and have ok line tension to get the job done:)
Your minimum wind for good waveriding?
