Another problem solved for the flysurfer rep who has a long walk to the lakeside in Italy, Como, but the trailer he uses can easily be converted to fit a bike

Thanks. Having a good setup with the ebike makes it simple and fun by bike. I appreciate the additional exercise of riding. Driving the car to the beach seems like a chore now. There's something incredibly satisfying about riding home after a nice foil session, with the wind blowing through your damp hair, and no fossil fuel pollution generated in the process.

That is exactly what I felt like that it would feel post session.. Thinking about the session, still enjoying being outside..etc

I have used the kids bike trailer in the past and, as said, it was very satisfying not taking the car. However the downside was I could only take one kite as not able to leave kites on beach for fear of being stolen. The last time during the 30 minute cycle the wind had picked right up and I had a poor session overpowered.

Any tips for securing a spare kite at the beach?!

How about s cargo bike trailer (the basic one is 60€, the nice one is 300) and a rooftop box?

The load dimensions of the Burley trailer:
H: 18 cm
L: 82 cm
W: 52 cm

The outer dimensions of first box i ran into in ebay (80€):
L: 230cm
W:50cm
H: 24 - 32cm

Most rooftop boxes can be locked, but I guess an extra bar over the box would make it safe enough for leaving at a busy place.

A pitbull leashed to the kite? :)
A cable lock onto bag and trailer. Yes, can be cut off, but would keep opportunist thief away.
A plastic box with locked lid, bolted to trailer , so thief cant see what's inside.

I like that burley. I have dog trailer that would work too.

Just don't get a brand new Thule box with a new Burley trailer! Might get nicked even if empty

Something like this? https://pacsafe.com/collections/accesso ... -protector

maybe use a bulkier lock but better than nothing hopefully.

The metal point on the rear of that fuselage looks like it could do some cranial damage on the way to beach or maybe a nice back scratcher depending on how tall he is :o
