I have a W1000 and initially it was very good but wind was strong for Windwing.
Now warmer wind I cannot stop the porpoising action, ie up and down irrattically. Today I moved mast forward, back and everywhere in-between and no success.
Any advice?

420 initially on kite fuselage and initially all ok until now.
Today I tried a 483 stabiliser and no improvement.

Hmmm. I never had any problems with the 1000. I rode it on the 330 stab, 421, 425.
I don't think it would ever work on a kite although I didn't try it. But think you are using it winging.
Pitch control out of wack. Hmmm.
One thing that happened to me once was getting a piece of debris in the mast to fuse connection, which acted as a shim. If either the foil is off, or the mast/fuse connection, just changing stabs wouldn't help.
Just brainstorming here...

In consultation with friend Wingfoilers we may have solved the problem.
My fist sessions were in powerful cold winds as such instant board speed.
Then a few sessions on my 1100 in warm air requiring some pumping causing lift at lower speed which is ok for the 1100.
It now seems the W1000 requires more board or forward speed than the 1100 but once up all good.
The changes that were different are wind power and applying 1100 pumping technique to the W1000.
I Will apply the higher forward speed technique to the W1000 next session - so if interested stay tuned for progress.

Sounds like the 1000 is no different, than other similar wings (Axis 900 and 1000)
If you try to force it to fly too early, without adequate board speed, you just pop up and plop down, then repeat. Until you learn the technique of pumping the right amount, to get it to squirt forward and gain speed, and rise less steep.
