Moses Bolt Torque?

I have a Moses 1100 wing that I'll be using for wingsurfing.

The Moses wing-to-fuselage connection isn't the stiffest, particularly for very large wings like the 1100. So in an effort to get the stiffest connection possible I want to make sure the 3x bolts are tightened to the maximum allowable torque.

Question: Does anyone know the official maximum allowable torque for the Moses front wing bolts? (If no official torque is stated by Moses, then does anyone have an opinion about how tight these should be?).
I'm looking for a numerical value - I.e. N.m or Ft.lbs.

do not overthink it - use common sense - use fingers to get it reasonable tight not "hands"
M6 can handle a lot. For sure you destroy wing sooner than strip thread.
Have everything lubed is must though. Also build pressure gradually from bolt to bolt so you have even pressure.

Don't over tigthen them. This can lead to your wing cracking by the screw hole.

The maximum torque is a function of the type of thread, the diameter of the thread and the material the screw is made of (tensile strength).
For stainless steel screws in M6 / tensile class 6.8 the maximum torque is 7.7 Nm (newton-meter). Which really is not much. You can very easily over-tighten such a little screw with a normal torx-key. So be careful.

7.7 Nm is quite a lot - it is 14 kg on 5cm lever - try to get feeling how much is 14 kg in your fingers. Anyway fuse is not steel its ALU alloy so it will be much less.
And no it is not easy to strip M6 without significant leverage.

I don’t think Moses publishes any official specs. It would be nice if they did.

It also depends on the coefficient of friction between the threads, and the head and the fuselage, and also the diameter of the head.

I wish they would. When you buy a carbon bike all of the bolts are spec’ed with torque values. Angst free...

so true
and it was "so much easier" when moses supplied the shallow allen head countersunk wing fixing screws, same ones for the fuse to mast back then,
it was only 2-3 years ago when moses were still supplying them "chocolate" screws, "good thing" was that the shallow allen head recess just changed shape if you used to much force to tighten them, and the key would just spin freely
as soon as I buggered up my first few they went straight into the bin, and I ordered loads of the torx head ones from Bolt base in the uk,
a few months later Moses changed to the same fixing screws
before that then 6mm cross point countersunk head screws were standard, they really were disposable items of rubbish.I still have a few and growl at them for the pain they caused me back then.
slipping onto the wing surface with a sharp pointed screwdriver was not funny.
