Foil board advice

Postby JoseTumaco » Wed Oct 28, 2020 3:31 am

Please need some advice for choosing a board:
I use: Moses 633 wing 91 mast. Only freeride. 75 kg. (12 M foil kite. 1 year foiling, air gibbing 40% succes)

Wich of these options have you tested?
Moses T22...
Singshot dwarfcraft...
Axis Tray...
Other nice options...

... , I used a big board till now.

Thanks for any advice :bye:

Look into the Groove as well. I had the Skate and recently got the Wave and absolutely love it.

I have been using a 3'6" Dwarfcraft for the last year (not the micro) & am perfectly happy with it. It's not the smallest or lightest board but has the advantage of offering a decent amount of floatation in an emergency self-rescue. It has ended up bouncing around in the shore break on numerous occasions at the end of a sessions & other than a few scratches has held up very well (unlike some other boards I read about).

I had Groove Skate 120 , but I am now riding Axis Tray 94 for eight months. I absolutely love it.

I love the Groove Skate I use it with the 633. I also have a LF Galaxy and a Cabrinha X-Breed the Galaxy is nice but the Groove works better with the 633 and it's lighter.

i have the t22. just got a 633 (had a 590), but havent ridden it yet.

only single front strap holes and doesnt have a track.
i ended up drilling and pluging some new ones holes for the 590. it is however super light, and small for travel.

I have the same set up as you and have ridden the T22 for a year now, I weigh 63 kg, this set up is the bomb for me in all conditions. Of course this board has two front straps. If I were riding with straps then I would want one front, one back, my preference.
