I live in Tumaco, very far from kite shops, and want to build a pocket foil board. Please need advice:
Are this the correct Steps?:
1. Shape the polystirene core
2. Insert the foil plate structure
3. Fiberglass (2 skins) (carbón is not available here)
4. Resin lamination. Only epoxi Resin is accepted?
Questions:
How to insert the foil plate structure?
Is it better polystirene core or wood core.
Is this aventuré possible or better not to try?

How could I insert just 4 holes?

Mate, there are a couple of threads where people show how they made DYI pocket boards. I suggest starting by reading those. And most would only use polystyrene (EPS) for boards with a lot of volume. Most use a 60 or 80 kg/m^3 closed cell pcv foam...

PVC foam with Carbon over the top is simple and bombproof. Here TomW makes a few very pretty boards.

And here is a long Pocket board thread showing plenty of different constructions. Ranging through Wood core, EPS, PVC, XPS etc etc etc. I've used EPS, Pauwlonia and Balsa in the past for kite foil or prone foil boards. And for a Kite foil pocket board have settled on PVC60 Kg/m^3 foam (20mm thick) and carbon skin as my preferred choice.
