To clear up any confusion guys may now have regarding Moses using 6mm bolts for securing their masts-
they only used 6mm bolts on the "no track" type boards, bolt through the deck type.
their tracked type boards all use the 8mm bolts.
there is a confusing selection of the T nuts being used, and they are not all interchangeable, with a few that will split apart if the length of 8mm bolt is too short.

Is there a standard for foil bases to fit on boards? Are the four bolts the same dimensions?
I have a North Board and a North Sonar Foil. This has four screw holes in the board not the track. Will my foil fit on a board with the US track boxes?
yes, it will, i have had the north sonar foil on a dwarfcraft and a hypermiler
my boards came with 4 bolts and track nuts that happened to fit fine. although they are the slingshot phillips head type
really like my 1150 sonar,, top notch stuff. very well made and designed. excellent packaging. very impressed.
have also used the 1650 in light wind and it rides almost the same as the 1150 ( in light wind)
