I don’t know if this thing will work or not, but i do love when people try to innovate, without people thinking out of the box some of us would be still using the original Windsurfer.

Imagine some of the comments when Cory Roeseler told his friends that he was thinking about waterskiing pulled by a kite..

I wish Taaroa the best with their innovations, and I hope other brands jump on the “out of the box” thinking too.

Agree fully, stupid to diss new things in advance.

Might be a dead end, but if noone tries new things, nothing will happen

When I was first learning and had less intuitive awareness of height, mast, and impending breach crash... I was wishing there were simple sensors along the mast to trigger a jolt or something to alert me where I was.

I saw a video of an efoil flying around on it's own using an early version of this tech. It was doing maneuvers and flew itself back to it's launch site. It was like a water drone, sort of.

The AC75s couldn't fly without some type of software to keep them on foil, this might be a commercially affordable version of that.

It's been done before - without the computer. Automated kite foiling.
