If it is carbon/glass all the way (no foam inside at the tip) I would just sand it down so it is smooth and round again :D

Takes a few minutes only.

Agreed.
You can use any good epoxy (not the 5 minute kind) to fill small dings in your wing but not to build up a wing tip like this. Just sand the sharp edges and don't worry.. you'll never notice it.

I agree with the previous posts.

However if you do want to repair this wingtip you'll need a carbon fibre and epoxy repair kit. And ideally a Dremel (or equivalent rotary sander), micro scales (for precisely weighing the mix of epoxy resin and hardener) and various grades of sandpaper/ wet and dry paper from 200 grit through to 1000 grit. If you want a perfect gloss finish then a polishing compound helps (but not essential)
I repaired a similar damage to a wingtip and it took numerous evenings of layering up the carbon and sanding it back to the desired shape, then finally painting black.

I agree with sanding it nice and smooth, and if the look bothers you then match in the other side, I have never felt any difference even at top speeds, nothing ever detected, and as a bonus its less risky as it is more blunt,
I take off all the super sharp tips anyways along with the razor sharp trailing edges that moses have been producing recently with their new machine that grinds off the paint kicker that was there before.

This was the 1st time I did any repair with carbon fibre. I would say it took me about 4 evenings each 1.5hours... However, much of that time was learning and spray painting/ polishing to get a perfect shape and finish. Next time it would take half the time (although I hope there won't be a next time!)
