This returning philosophy is very nice and fair!!! Any small kite buildecompany should do that for their novelties ...

By the way, I rode this in their return paragraph : "A 20% re-stocking charge will be assessed for return of stock merchandise unless due to shipping error or warranty." does that really mean that we loose 20% of the value if we return the kite ? good to know for such kite price.
Bien kite de $2500, $500 c'est le prix d'un sandwich, eh?

Nice .... Tnx Vol!
But that's a regular kiteloop and not so much a megaloop.

Anyway I'm sure it's just a matter of time
what is megaloop 😃

I tried both Speed and Soul and found the turning speed to be too slow for quick loops. Mostly looking for quick loops and drift combo.
If you want a faster turning foil kite you can have a look at kitech frs. They are light, drift superwell and don’t tipfold. There are threads for each size on lesfoilz.

Depends on what you call freestyle.

Megaloops aren't freestyle, thats big air

Small foil kites work for that as per Adam Withington.

Med Foil kites are more airstyle one footer stuff.

Im not sure Ive seen much of what I would call freestyle on foil apart from maybe this attempt :

Pretty early DR freestyle! Damien LeRoy makes this look pretty sick:

If you want handle passes similar to twin tip freestyle.... Im not sure theres a big future there for foiling, but then again, I laughed at winging!

We've only really scratched the surface of what people will pull off on foil. This was back in 2018 and is massively inspiring.

Fred Hope and others are killing it, but in my head thats Freeride airs not really freestyle, but as you can see, there are various types of riding and kites competing in "freestyle" and looks like the organizers at GKA liked the airstyle interpretation.

So, what is freestyle to you? Handle passes? With a foil! Personally no great desire to see that develop. The airstyle with soft landings will continue to develop, but I don't have a lot of desire to see that either apart from big kite loops.

The future is freeride kite looped airs with minimal dangle and slick landings. That I wanna see more of. For that, all I think you need are small fast kites that loop with consistent manageable power.
