Shinn bolts for Foil

Postby CanadianGringo » Fri May 07, 2021 12:33 pm

Does anyone know the length of the m6 bolts that attach the mast plate to the shinn foil board?

You are a genius boss. Thanks! Looks like .75 inches or 20mm.
Hopefully the M6 x 1.00 x 20 from Home Depot work. I assume Shinn uses a standard thread.

Yes, the Shinn foilboard t-nuts are M6 x 1mm thread pitch.

Because the t-nuts have such a long threaded length, I find they give you a lot of leeway in the length of the bolt going into them.

Thank you, that is very helpful info. You don't also happen to know about the bolts that attach the fuselage by any chance do you? I want to order some online with a different drive type as the Phillips head is getting pretty stripped
