There is no such thing as "best harness".
It's a matter of personal preference and comfort.
I've tried the prolimit kitepro seat harnness and it was too bulky for me.
Now I use a prolimit charger (windsurfing seat harnness) with the regular mystic rope bar and I'm happy with this combination.
i am surprised so many foilers use the mystic stealth,, i got one and found it is so wide that I can hardly bend at the waist,, using a old dakine nitrous shorts. i wish i could find a very slender rope slider bar.

i have one,, used it for a while,, maybe it is old version,, like v1 i think. but it is just kind of bulky and heavy and also dings up my board sometimes. otherwise, it's ok,, maybe will revisit
It's a waist harness but you can attach leg straps with solid straps at the sides and an elasticated strap at the back, so it allows good movement. The side straps stop it riding up and the rear one gives graduated back support.
