I’m sure it depends on exactly what is being measured. My 299g is with lines, leaders, trim cleat, and KISS release
Easy to remove the cleat and save some weight but everything else is pretty minimal.

Talking bar only, as the total weight depends a lot on line length, line thickness, type of trim and leader lines (and the use of floaters )

There are other ways to stiffen up the leader lines as those bars don't need anything extra to float.

Bar floats reduce the risk of death loops.

I don't think so... never had one, but I saw a lot of videos to "prepare" and many times the lines got stuck on floats!

I added PU 3x5mm to my leaderlines to make them somewhat stiffer and easier to "sort" for sure won't prevent them, but I think it's better than floats.

Long winter evenings made me go through bunch of parts and bars to rebuild, so I ended up with two lightweight carbon foiling bars I’ll probably post for sale.

I have been repairing bars and replacing line sets for foiling guys for years,
seen and handled just about every bar ever made since 2000, tried some very nice feeling carbon custom bars in recent years, even built a few up from scratch for a few guys, the cost is not as cheap as some may think if adding all the goodies that are available,
they do look good and weigh very little, and fun to use as they are very very light, but I have too many worries about using one myself full time,
I have had a few black eyes from soft end bars over the years and the ends are too hard and pointy on many of the carbon custom bars to risk a bad impact.
For kite foiling which for me and many others involves lots of kite spinning, more so when using a tube kite or a fast small size soft foil kite like the newer small foil kites, of course if using mega large race kites then spinning the kite is a rare practice, so for me a bar with auto front line untwist feature is a must have, not having this is a pain as slowing down to manually twist back the lines is so annoyingly tiresome, and leaving the twists there to long just eats away at the lower parts of the flying lines, I already have sacrificial short 2.5mtr replaceable lower stronger thicker lines on my lines which help a lot, so them coupled with my front line auto untwist click bars removes the worry of rapidly degrading lower line sections, they still wear but last way longer,
non kite spinners don't need to worry about this.
I do agree with the guys who say they don't need a normal short depower cleat system when using a high performance foil kite, and I have modified some bars for these guys by adding in much longer bar throw for them for much more depower range, so any depower cleat is just not needed, well up to a point as there is a limit, but the depower range on this type of set up is unbelievable although short arm guys and racers will still need a cleat and extra long pull line to grab without leaning in.
as for no safety system, well I have seen it and know a lot of the racers don't have a punch out system, but they have safety boat cover normally, and many of these guys don't use their race bars for free ride playing about and go back to a more standard line set ups if not in training, and as long as they are not mixing it with groups of novices on crowded water spaces then maybe they are managing the added risk, but it is an added risk.

For me:
- safety leash is a must (had spreader bar line broke, dude flying his kite into my lines, couple of accidental releases). Not going to want to chase or lose my kite
- clam cleat is a must. I’m not going to go to shore to change kites every time winds pick up or drop and to keep my arms within comfort range I need to be able to trim
- line rotation, at least reversing front lines is a good idea
- auto spinners tend to be heavier and not really auto spin much. I loop addictively and I loop/tack other direction to not have lines twisted
