I'm in the process of redoing my van, and I'd love some ideas and pictures on how you guys and girls transport your foil board.
My aim is to not take the foil and board apart and still have room for my sliding bed. I have a small van, at the moment I hang the foil from the ceiling with bungees but it's not ideal.

What size aluminum profile did you use?

I used 40mm for the sliding bed, and I'm building cabinets out of 30mm hopefully next week.
I design everything with the Item engineering tool online, and get everything cut to size at Techniek Specialist because I dont have a decent saw or much time.
I used to have the same general setup made out of plywood, but this is much stronger and gives me many storage options under the bed as well now that I can add removable panels easily. I will be using Forex for that.
I think total cost is around 550euro, but if you diy everything from stock length and use cheaper fasteners you can probably do it for 200.
(there is a guy Jochen on marktplaats in oud beierland that has a lot of left over profile, that is pretty close to you right?)

I used the 30 mm profile for my bed and 20 mm profile for my drawers. Fasteners were surprinsingly expensive around the same as the profiles or even more. Keep that in mind.
