Triton Foils releases the first accessible monowing: Triton T1

Triton MonoWing Renders 2.13 (2).jpg

The Triton T1 addresses the growing market for an accessible monowing compatible with major foil brand masts. If you can gybe a foil, you can ride the T1. All you need is your current mast and board.

Purpose made.
Take one look at the T1, and you’ll agree that it looks nothing like a traditional front wing.
There’s a lot of math, engineering, and two years of prototyping to shape this high-performancewing. We engaged highly respected aeronautics professors from Europe and Canada to help us design a monowing that works. And we succeeded.

Taking foiling to the next level.
Foiling enthusiasts are always looking for the next big thing. Whereas traditional foils deliver a locked-in feel, Triton Foils’ T1 offers an incredibly free and maneuverable ride that appeals to more advanced riders looking to push their limits. The T1 does things no other traditional foil can. It turns on a dime and has an exceptional low take-off speed, great upwind ability, and endless carving potential to explore.

No learning curve.
The T1 requires little to no foiling time to “dial-in.” An intermediate rider will be up and foiling the T1 in minutes. We designed the wing to be easy to learn on and never to outgrow.

No fuselage. No tail wing.
The T1 simplifies foiling. There is no fuselage to bend or tail wing to damage. The T1 connects with M8 or M6 (with the optional M6 adapters) bolts directly to the mast. The weight savings is substantial, and it simplifies assembly.

The ultimate travel foil.
The T1 packs down to a single wing and mast, allowing foilers to enjoy an ultra-lightweight, ultra-compact travel solution.

Wing it!
The 1800cm3 size is big enough to wing. But we are not professional wingers, so we’ll leave that up to you.

Compatible with many brands.
The T1 easily connects to most masts. Visit our website for detailed compatibility information.

Looking forward to some reviews. But isn’t 1800 a bit big for kiting or is there something different to consider let’s say compared to the 633.

Do you have a Moses mast adapter?

I'm now curious how Triton's T1 compares against Spleene's Mono Foil.

I wonder what the top speed would be with this two wings?

As i understand it is not compatiblecwith Moses mast? As no picutre shown. Who rides zeeko masts? Why they didn’t made this wing for moses mast which has much wider market? Definitely it will be copied by major brands. I think Moses will release such monowing in 2023 line up as they always delaying with needs of riders. This T1 is full carbon, stil speene seems as alu wing? Desing itself of T1 very reminds me USA stealth aircrafts looks, so conclusion is how is in the air the same desing principles working in the water too:) it is big shame that moses not release first or at least second such mono wing.

Well the stealth shape has no aerodynamic advantage at all. It’s not self stable and only flys due to the electronics on board. That certainly can’t be it.

Yes it is fully compatible with Moses masts.

Using the T1 monowing on a Moses mast requires using our M8 (standard) to M6 bolt adapter.

More details on our site https://www.tritonfoils.com/store/c2/WINGS.html

We will have detailed product demonstration video up in a few days.

Thanks for your interest.

We have recently tested the T1 production version of our mono wing comfortably to 20kts on 7m UFO (165 lbs rider) in 17kits with a yet TDB upper limit,

This wing has an amazing speed range. You can slow it down to virtual walk and pivot on a dime or accelerate to high, stable riding and carving speed at 20kts.

Thanks for your interest.
