kanaha shapes

Postby Floating around » Wed Dec 15, 2021 1:02 am

Hi all,

Dose anyone know anything about kanaha shapes? Have called, emailed and sent a Facebook message without reply. Last post on Facebook was around February. I came across something on the website that I’m interested in but don’t see a point in ordering online without being able to have any contact.

Thanks,

H.

Like the boards, but customer service is lacking. It was harder than it needed to be to get a defective insert addressed. First I was told to buy a tap and clean the threads myself. This broke the tap. There was epoxy in the insert. Then he blamed the factory and how he shouldn't have told me to do that. Then he wanted me to pay to ship the board back to Hawaii, and it would only be $40. FedEx quoted me over $100. It was weird for supposedly being a cottage brand.

Again, I like my board, but it was weird dealing with Horatio/the company.
