I've only ridden a one wheel briefly...falling on 'the hard' scares me..I used to roller blade aggressively, wore knee pads, wrist brace...still got some nasty road rash....
I'm a waterman...I'm sticking with the wet...
I mention in another post, when the water is glassy, foiling is magical..almost mystical..
When there are waves or swell, water provides both power (riding down hill), and included surfaces to 'bank turns' off...Prone surfing is the most basic form to use these elements.
With the addition of some wind power (Sail, kite wing), a power source is added to the mix, but it comes with 'directional' restrictions (can't go strait up wind, down wind (wing is exception))..
The addition of an electric power source allows me to explore and experience all sorts of new lines (carving down the BACKSIDE of a swell!)...So mind-blowing, the possibilities!!
@PF...I TOTALLY understand the purity of wind only propulsion...I have sailed a lot, and was always happiest when we shut off the motor...May you have fair winds and trailing seas...
@N2sh...For me, the beauty of 'E', is that ANY hour at the beach is awesome, whatever the conditions, I have the right toy..
