Foiling in Maui

Postby TheJoe » Fri Jun 10, 2022 1:46 am

I know a lot of folks foil there but how often so people hit turtles? I'm headed there in a few weeks and wondering if I should bring mine but am concerned about the turtles.

All so my set up might be wrong for there. I have a 633 and my smallest kite is a 7m. It does get over powered pretty quickly in the low 20s for me.

Really? Turtles are adorable ... but fast? You mean fast like in the tortoise & the hare? :-?
