Little crease

Postby lederhosen » Sun Jun 19, 2022 9:36 pm

There is a little crease on an Crazyfly Flite.

I jump a lot.

Will this board soon break in half and let my foil disappear into the deep blue?

Can I still sell to online people or will I then go to hell?

1) More likely to buckle into an unridable condition resulting in need to bodydrag to shore. Hard to imagine top skin, bottom skin and core all failing completely splitting the board in half.

2) Everything has a fair price as long as defects are disclosed. Maybe it works for a lighter rider or strapless rider. Maybe it works as a decoration.

You can sand the protection plastic skin with graphics down on 15x15/20x20cm, put two layers of carbon on, (fill the holes before with wax or something, create a pattern to find them again) and it is good to go again.... Easy fix.

Be careful to remove all wax though from where you want to laminate...
