As title, very quiet evening in Torquay Marina in front of the harbour master office. Using a dock with no boats coming in and out of the harbour. The guy at the office told me that I couldn't use my pump foil to practice.
There are no boats coming in or out and have 50meters in all directions.
What have others been told? What are the UK laws for harbours and foiling?
Interested in responses?

It’s his harbour he’s asked you politely not to maybe don’t do it?
