I rode aluminium masts for some years, for me such behavior are total disappointment
.Considering to switch back to aluminium mast.

There is not enough carbon on the +/- 45-deg ; to hold
the torsional stability.
You could wrap 1 layer of 3k plain weave carbon , at a 45 ; that would
stiffen it up nicely , without adding a tun of weight.

What mast is that drone?
Sabfoil masts seem very solid. I thought they copied it for SS but apparently not. I've seen some very flexy windfoil masts too, sabfoil windfoil mast is rock solid.

Agreed, the Cedrus mast is really good. My 2018 Lift mast vibrates more than the video.
