Has anyone got any experience of using the Appletree mini foil board for kiting?
It looks like a well made piece of kit, light and stiff but just wondered what it rides like in the real world and how tough it is? Appletree seem to have become very popular in the 'wing' foil market but I'm interested to know about the mini foil for kiting. Thanks

Yup. Got the 3’6” last winter. Love it. So far seems to hold up to claims of being super durable. On accidental touch downs deflects really well off the water. Traction pad is good with bare feet, but booties “stick” to it more than I like. I splurged for custom color and also had them put in a leash attachment point (they put it up front) just in case I need to self rescue and want to attach it. Board weighs just shy of 6 pounds. Very happy with it.
