Need to review my comment in light of your later messages
Gong makes very sturdy materials, especially in the older lineups (i.e. "Curve"), and quite a bit in the new ones too ("Fluid").
If you want to try it, you could try the "Curve M-t" + a "Fast 40" or a "Curve 39" stabilizer, and any of their masts.
Actually, there is a specific kit, with alu mast, for less than 600€, which is nice to see if you like it.
I hit rocks with the Curve Gong foil (straight on, they were invisible and hit them hard), and had just a little scratch.
They are a bit slower than the 633, which can be plenty fast (although with lots of front foot pressure).
The lineup is immense, but the Curve is cheap, performing, and built to withstand lots of abuse.
My next recommendation to you would be a "Fluid", in "L-s" size. Quick and fun too.

I am a 100 kg rider
Actually I ride for years with my Moses 633
I don’t like the 699 kraken
I keep my T38 board which I love
I have naish boxers 8-10-12-14
The mast could be Alu or Carbon not a such difference
I ride most of the time in a low wind spot 10-15 knots
On my spot we hit a lot the bottom because of the rocs
What would you choose for a foil set
With good acceptable versatility concerning :
Lift
Stability
Speed
Manoeuvrability
And a solide construction
Thx for your feedbacks
