These "zero emission" marketing bullshit lies are like everywhere these days. There is no such thing as zero emission with a motor.

By the commonly used definition there is absolutely such a thing. You have a valid point, I suspect, but arguing about the phrase “zero emissions” is just going to make you sound like a crank.

It's been on the market for a year or two now.

For the price, at more than $8000 usd, a standup efoil will probably be much more fun.

Or, try the Aquaskipper for a completely human-powered version, but not possible to water start: I used to own one of those, and it's hilarious fun, but a bit of a pain to store/transport unless you disassemble it.
