I’d say with 80cm board if I didn’t need 101cm mast and suffice with 70cm - I should be able to pack everything except the laptop onto a single shorter duffel bag and still fit into 50 lbs and no carry on

I’ve been looking at that bag. I’m hoping Rudy brings one to La Ventana next week (unless you are coming, too, and bringing one).

I'm just waiting for someone to come out with a two piece mast, so you don't have to sacrifice a normal length. Kyle?

I was able to fit all my stuff in the bag that came with my mono bloc Gong foil ... plus a carry on for clothes, laptop etc. My 3'6" SS Dwarffcraft, 85cm mono bloc mast/fuselage, 2 wing sets, 4 Peak kites - 6m, 5m, 4m, 3m, 2 bars and a few extra bits & pieces. Nowhere to put my helmet or PFD though ... and I wore my (hardshell Ride Engine) harness onto the plane. The bag was "oversize", but was taken as "sporting equipment" for the price of a regular bag.

I just picked up the Nobile Check In bag. Similar in size to the Triton travel bag, but with wheels and some more handles.
