I tried running the Diablo line from the A main instead of C pulley. Z ends up getting pulled so hard C will slack on the kite. I think at some point A and Z become locked together. I think the same happens with C and Z with the original setup. I think this is why back stall becomes harder. I think this will make relaunch and landing not as easy or possible.

in fact, I know not ta 'turbo' bar but a bridle like this is the same from what I understand its operation. I tested it successfully on my wings, but it was too heavy bar ... but I was on a 22m which are lighter than the smaller wings, why not.

Appears it doubles the pull on BC and an extra 50% on Z. High bar pressure for sure.

This is how the new ParAAvis GVX has it's mixers laid out.

i've test flown a joker6 9 last week. great kite, by the way, and it features the Z-modification like joriws skeched in this post:

i will definitely test this mod with my joker5 11 and see what changes. it is very easy to build, one pulley and one line.

Did you test relaunch and reverse landing?

i asked the friend i got the j6 9 from and he did a backstall landing, no problem. but he will watch it further.
i plan to trim Z longer than it is now as soon i have the diabolo line installed. the main problem with Z too long is backstall, so with this problem lessened you can go for longer Zs to have a faster kite with less bar pressure around neutral and depowered and better upwind.
can't wait to give it a shot...
