Anyway, for now I have equalized all ABCZ knots. Some folks say that I should not do that and wait for the kite to adjust itself after few sessions. Some other folks said that they've noticed that B line is short as well. I don't know if that was intended, maybe Armin could say something about it. But for now kite is unstable, collapses and flaps the wingtips, which is totally not ok in my book.
Generally you should wait about 5 hours of flying time for the kite to break in but the kite shouldn’t be behaving that way no matter what. There’s something wrong bridal wise which should be figured out with a long bridal test. Something this large out of wack should be pretty easy to see if you were experienced with modern foils. Have any friends that could help you out? Have you contacted your dealer about the issue yet?
Here goes nothing.
For the last few days we've finally got decent winds so I've unpacked newly bought Soul 12m. I've watched videos of happy testers, read so much about this kite, how stable it is, how friendly it is, not a kite, but a miracle... And it all was HUGE BULLSHIT!
With so many genuine"positive"reviews of the Soul, I can only imagine your outburst claiming them to be “Bullshit” is the result of a knee jerk reaction.
Will be most interested to hear what the actual problem was, once identified.
Got me a 12 and 8m.(coming from Ozone Edges.) Had some issues with tips folding in after a smooth landing with the 12. After just 3 hours flytime took it to the dealer for a mixertest and voila. ABC and Z where way off. Kite was bought new, still warm. Flies like a charm now. Like mentioned in other posts, the bar material aint saltwater proof.
the soul is the most stable flysurfer kite that I have ever piloted.
you should go back to speed3 for the same stability, but not for the same performance.
the measure that impressed me is the measure 10.
I tried the 15/18/21, but they do not have the performances I want.
it takes a few hours to fly, so that the kite castle settles.
in a lot they have complained about a slow response to the controls of the bar, and the same have shortened the back lines of 6-8 cm to have greater rotation speed. however foils are joys and sorrows.
they are not plug and play like pumps, but they have a lot more performance especially in freeride and race.

Cant wait to take the 8 in 30+ kn.
Did he make them all equal? The Sonic2 liked a little shorter b,c to help with the wing tips curling. My 15 Soul would curl a little on landings when I first got it but as it broke in, that went away.
Sorry, for your problems. You get a lot of help here already. Backstall, high bar pressure, ... out of the box point to a problem like line twist a the mixer or some knots in the lines, ...
The Mixer brand new is all equal if you measure with 5Kg load. 5 Kg is a lot, if you pull with plain hands.
Otherwise you will measure C will be about 5mm shorter and B about 7mm.
Brand new, the SOUL could by 5cm more powered up. But after a few sessions, it will get into that max power setup itself. We did this, as if you use a old bar the SOUL would be way to oversheetet and you need to textend the backlines below the floater.
BTW: if you can provide high quality pics/vids it is easy to see what could be wrong.
I made a video for how to check if the soul is correct powered up:

I did pull it, but B line was shorter for 10mm. After B line adjustment on both mixers, when I pull the lines quite hard all knots are equal. So I got pretty confused if such settings were intentional or not. As I mentioned, other folks who bought new Souls reported that their B lines are short as well.
For now I wait for the winds above 10 knots, so I would test how kite would behave after mixer adjustments.
