I have an old Sky Tiger Hi 30 with a stretched out bridal that will not fly. Does anybody have a bridle diagram for this old kite?

That's not an old kite, it's a relic! I buggied with them in 1999 and I think they were old back then.
Have you checked to ensure that none of the bridles are twisted around /through itself?
