That's why I think you have to determine well the ranks and the capabilities of the rider. between 12m and 8m is not only the range, but I would say that they are two totally different kites. The way they fly, the speed, the aggressiveness is another ... also the sustenance. Now between 6 and 8, the tuning is fine tuned, and it seems to me that the ranks prevail there.
But hey, whoever has the money sends, he just has to know what he wants

Thanks for all of the replies guys .
Maybe I’ll wait for the 7m to be released as going from a 12m to a 6m seems to be a massive step down even with their great range .
Cheers

This for me is a downside of the Soul - the different sizes handle quite differently. The 12m really needs a 55-60cm bar in order to turn the same day as you ask it to, whereas the 6m and 8m sizes are closer to an angry wasp. The main reason I went back to LEIs, where I can get very similar handling and turning speeds from 7m through to 13m, even using different models of kite. I have the advantage of light weight, meaning I don’t worry too much about light wind since I can get going in less than 10 knots without the need for a foil board or a foil kite...
