Peak 4 fifth line bridal removal

I was riding 4m yesterday without bsafe in ca. 20+ knots.
Kite flew just fine but maybe tips vibrate little sooner than usual. But hard to say without head to head in same wind. My rule of thumb with peaks is if anything start to vibrate /flutter/ i just rig smaller size. That way peaks are virtualy flutterless.

Hi tomtom, are you still riding without the b-safe span line?
Any further thoughts on performance - steering response, depower or other issues?
Any durability issues? Are the A-level span lines holding up?

Why are you asking?

Just leave the span line, of course a couple of inches longer if you got a short one on the 6 m2.
No disadvantages, and no weight.

I have ridden my 6 m2 without, except for the first few sessions, around 50 sessions.

No signs of wear, but no reason to remove it though, just let it stay.

I tune my gear to the nth degree. Agreed, it's not much weight and drag, but removing the line and the stainless rings and the webbing that holds the rings would save some weight and some drag, and if there are no downsides, and I don't plan on selling the kites ...
