Better don't put extra pigtails to foil kite connectors as they are likely to cause tangeling specific on foil kites.

Rear lines are around 2 cm longer than the front lines (full power, bar sheeted in)
and the protective plastic is sewed into the line so I can't just "pull down" the rear lines. (arrow 3)
Have you tested if the kite flys well for you? Don't give anything on the measured line length. Yes they should be equal but depending on model 2 cm more or less can be the optimum.
If you want to shorten the easiest way I see is to carefully cut away the plastic and install another knot or change their position.
Sorry, but IMHO you have gone into the trap, actually I would no more recommend any of the FS bars for FS kites and the force control / old duotone / north mix up is for sure the worst ever, just have seen it on the beach from distance and did not even want to touch it.
And they also already had a call back for the force bar:

15 - 10 years ago FS bars had also some issues, but have been a pretty well made product to fit the demands of their kites. Today they are not even good enough to fit for tube kite demands and price especially for the force is silly. Also KiteAttitude is not perfect, but at least at price to value it makes more sense to me. Since 10 years I haven't used a single FS bar in orginal setup.
