Now back to the topic: So Bille how does your Pansy fly?-)
My A-15 ultralight ; it ain't gonna compete, with a flysurfer, or Ozone !

Oh I think this is clear to everyone. They are very different in all aspects. Still at 1/10th of the price a true value proposition. I just needed something small for foiling on higher wind days as my smallest tube was waaay to big. A G5 certainly fills that need as I don’t need performance for high wind foiling. Tip: don’t drop it ;-)

Would be market disruptive if a kite were on par with one costing 5 times as much, wouldn't it? Again, reasonable expectations anyone?

True -- but doing cost analysts vs fun factor ; would i have bin better off
purchasing a used , Flysurfer or Ozone, a few years older ? What Is, the longevity
on those kites ; how many years are they good for ?

Don't get me wrong --- i got a Great deal on my A-15 ultralight ; but like
i said : "it ain't a flysurfer, or Ozone" , and --- i have no idea how long
it's gonna last ? Looking at the Pansh that , " merl " crashed on page on of
this Thread ; i might sew in some velcro on the TE , so it won't blow out like
his did. That kite was fricken Trashed !!
Comparison :
I had students just HAMMER my PL 10M Venom , into hard land at the park ; it
just laughs, and reminds me how well it's made , (and it's 15 fricken years old) !!
Get where i'm going with this ?

This thread is about the 3m genesis. From my experience it is good to note that this can NOT be used as a trainer kite as a crash can be catastrophic. In the end it turned out that I blew out four cell walls. I fixed it just as a learning experience (having flown foils for decades I never had to fix a cell wall before) and it took hours. Maybe I would be quicker in future but I will bin this kite if it happens again. Here is a pic of one cell wall repair

PS interested to hear how the "pros" repair this kind of damage. I used (wasted?) some insignia tape before switching to lighter spinnaker tape. I don't know if it would have been quicker to open up the trailing edge
