Im glad there were many people who had great customer service and no issues with warranties. I did not in a timely manner, if your focus is on the word shit in the title, you are completely missing the point of this post. My issue did get resolved in over 2 months with poor communication, after i put a post up here, and on fb, and more than 10 back and forth emails with the company(prior to this post).
