According to manual Zeolite is 3 level. Flysurfer has removed brake/z level, based on vmg pictures only left side of manual's picture exists in VMG2 but in less attachment points compared to Ozone's. Awesome.

Lastly you say 2 row kites are “hardly” done, who else has done a two row kite?
You didn't specify Kite, or PG ; so here is the Ozone Zeolite competition glider :

Rigid Airfoil
The 2-level bridle design requires a particularly rigid inner construction to support the profile perfectly despite the reduced scale. For the first time, the VMG is therefore pretensioned by integrated glass fiber rods and thus achieves highly efficient aerodynamics. The rods are protected at the ends and can be exchanged.

The more i read about the engineering for this kite ; the more impressed
i get !! :thumb:

Just curious though :
Why did they choose to use fiberglass ; when a hollow carbon tube, or a hybrid Carbon
Spectra , foam sandwich, that can be pre-bent, and made, to conform to ,
(Most Any airfoil Shape) , and is WAY lighter , and Stronger ?

Maybe a price/cost thing ?

And legislating for human error on pack down and handling, the glass is likely more durable and tolerant of f*** ups

When you combine Carbon fibers, with Kevlar , Spectra, or Synthex fibers, and add
a binding agent like Epoxy ; it yields an end-product that is , (WAY) Stronger, than
anything that is made with equal weight of fiberglass fibers , with epoxy (.)
Don't even Begin to argue that point with Me ; your gonna loose.

The only advantage for using fiberglass ; yea -- it's cheaper .

Fiberglass rods commonly used in kite spars are flexible, as are common sailboat battens.
