Gathering brake leader balls

When flying a fast/small well powered foil, rigged with rear line brake leader balls, (prior to a backstall landing) what method would you recommend for gathering the leader balls?

use a brake strap, much easier, and land the kite true and straight with one hand on the brake strap and one on the bar.
the Ozone landing strap is perfect for the job and secures to the little balls.

Thanks Foil I understand what you're saying. I am comfortable landing using a strap, and I use my free hand to control kite rotation by pulling either leader with it.

I have been experimenting not using the strap just as an exercise in alternative control. I have been transferring my hands to the leaders in various ways whilst traveling at reasonable speed on a landboard. It is doable in various ways but they are all a bit twitchy because I have yet to find a smooth way of gathering them evenly other than riding at the kite to kill the power.

Once you have, quite literally, got it by the balls you can control where you land it very effectively!!
