By changing the profile by the mixers and PMAs you might set the profile a bit faster but for serious additional speed gain you need to uprgarde to a more race oriented kite, something like the Sonic 3. Otherwise just try to use smaller sized kites.

Speed records on ice and water have been achieved with LEI kites. It is not about having the most efficient kite but to have a reliable and usable kite in high winds.
If wind is low then efficient kite (big race foil kite) is by far the fastest.
If goal is to go really fast (over 60mph) you must have good icy surface and at least 25-30kn wind. Then you can use a small kite. If you want to go even faster you need more wind.
