Hi,
My original flysurfer infinity bar is almost ready for retirement. I was wondering if any 4 line bar will work on the Soul. What do I have to take in account with a new bar. I don't want to pay E.500,- for a new infinity or force bar so I'm searching for alternatives.
I'm curious about your suggestions.

Any four line equal-length bar will work. Longer throw or longer depower is nice for the Soul and foil kites in general. I use a custom bar setup with mine.

What’s worn out? I usually just update what needs, cheaper that way.
Any equal length bar will work, Souls like up to 2cm shorter back lines too so that would work.

Ozone bars work well. 55cm for the 9 and above souls is ideal.

I agree that the ozone bar will work but I disagree on the 55cm. It will work but doesn’t necessarily needs to be that long. A 50cm will work just as well with the 10m.

I got both the 55cm and the 50cm’s bit slow with the 50cm. 55cm makes it come alive a bit more.

My favorite bar is the new North Navigator. The slight oval shape in the finger grip and the soft texture makes it the most comfortable bar I have ever used. I plan on using it for all my new flysurfer kites.

Are all your lines equal? Shortening the back lines 2cm will make it turn better. For quite awhile I use to run my 15m Soul with a 50cm bar without problem. Not ideal but it worked actually pretty damn well.

The flag-out-line should go to one front-line only, and you have to make sure the bar can travel along the safety-line at least far enough to flag the kite out!

@Adventure logs: Worn out in this case means the grip is loose, depowerline starts to ravel, floaters start cracking, etc. The usual ware after a lot of sessions with the 10 meter in our cold, windy and salt north sea
. I saw the RRD bars are quite affordable and look pretty good. Any opinions on these?
