Right... Hard to get an accurate back-to-back comparaison in "normal" température range.

Humidity could have another side effect : cloth absorption. Humid cloth will be heavier, hence less efficient in light wind.
In particular if your kite is salty (by previous seawater bath) , then salt can absorb a lot more humidity from the air ...

I have applied nikwax over coating on my 18m kite, for preservation issue mainly, but i assume this could maybe help on this matter: less salt fixed in the cloth and less humidity absorption (maybe...)

Does anyone have experience with Xlite 12m? I find that it lacks the pull, getting yourself on the board and going in light wind is a struggle @200lbs.
I seem to have better or similar luck with a 10m boxer at 9-10knots for some reason.

I own several Boxers that I use only for foiling but for the 12m I prefer the Airush Ultra it's not necessarily more powerful but it's faster and when you dive it to get going that helps a lot. It's also lighter and when I use a 12m for foiling the wind is usually dipping below 10 knots most of the time. I have been riding with one of my friend who has a 12M Xlite and his a bit heavier than me he appears to struggle a bit more than me in the super light stuff despite having a larger foil.

My two cents: Sonic 3, with short lines if you want it reactive.
