But Peak kites are crazy low cost

A big F-One racefoilkite cost around 4000 euro.

A Cabrinha 8 or 9 m2 LEI (similar power as a 6 m2 Peak) cost 1500-1700 euro.

So I find the Sky Country Hysper and Flysurfer Peak low cost, Sky Country being 500 to 650 euro only, for the good sizes 2½ to 8 m2, and Peak5 is 500 to 750 euro for the same sizes

You'll have to add the import tax and fee from your country . Unless someone can bring them from Ukraine to an European country

Hi Peter, when you buy a Sky Country kite, you buy it directly from the people who develop, manufacture and sell the kite.
There are no middlemen, it's directly from the workshop (located in Ukraine) to the rider.
Each kite is made on demand, so you can choose the colours or ask for some modifications if you feel like it, provided that they are accepted by the workshop. At the moment it takes 7 weeks to make and test a kite. Because each kite is tested before being sent.

A price difference with the classic distribution channels is important on the Sprit V2 and Spectre V3 models.

Sky Country works with the following manufacturers
- Porcher for Skytex fabrics
- Liros for lines
- Ronstan for the pulleys

It has to be looked at case by case basis. Depend of the country. For europe, it is necessary to count between 25€ and 50€ extra for the costs.

Hello A99. You are right, Peter is referring to the Spirit V2 and Spectre V3.
Note that the Hysper V2 is a wing with a large part of the wing has closed cells, so the wing re-launches very easily.
They are made of French Porcher Skytex E25 fabric, with German Liros lines and Australian Ronstan pulleys.
We are not in mass production. Each kite is made on demand. Then each kite is tested by Dmytro on the lake not far from the workshop, in Ukraine.
Sky Country manufactures a single skin paraglider: the Scotch model. The paragliders are subject to very high manufacturing standards as pilots' lives depend on them. the Hysper and Casper benefit from Sky Country Paragliding know-how.
