The Pansh Hawk

Postby lightandfrost » Mon Jul 25, 2022 7:19 am

L&F own Pansh Kites but do not own the Hawk.

The kite was flown on the beach in lite winds and it flew just like every other kite in under powered conditions.

HOWEVER

The owner of a 10 meter Hawk launched his kite in very lite winds and went foiling. When I say lite, owners of 19 meter ram air kites were barely able to function.

This kite model needs to be watched closely.

Skilled rider, not the kite.

I have a hawk 8 and it is a nice kite but not as good as a peak4 6m in light winds, and much slower. It is not designed to be a hydrofoil kite, according to the designer (funalex on this forum)
