It will turn slower because of weight of trapped air inside - simply more momentum to overcome while change direction
About low end... thats difficult to predict
Hmmm, I know some say this but I dont agree.
I could be wrong yes, but IMO a single skin kite also have air which needs to be turned, namely the air in the front part of a Peak which is not closed no, but you can not convince me that the air inside this semicircle does not move with the kite, when you turn it.
So having two kites that weighs the same and same AR, I dont think the turning rate is noticeably different (if all other aspect were the same, knowing they are not)
And the reason why I think they will turn faster is, it seems to have lower Aspect Ratio than the Peaks looking at the photo, meaning faster turning
