thanks again for the answers !
my last question would be about the influence of the lines length on the kite windrange :
let's say, i've 15 meters or 22 meters lines, what would be the windrange difference ?

I can´t say it in knots. I use mostly 17m lines for the small 8m. Cant´t tell much about highend. It´doesn´t seem to affect low end here so much and it´s funny with short lines. I would even try 14-15m. Different thing with the 12m: I use it very often when wind drops with full 20m length line set. This is mainly because when you are underpowered anyway the lower turning rate together with short lines kills performance in power-dives and then sometimes you will need a half or full loop to get going, what is not helpful for staying upwind. Depends a bit on if the wind is steady or if it´s more "stop and go" where you will have to create a power spike more often to keep the board moving.
Micha
EDIT: Used the 10m with both 17m and 20m lines. Worked both for this with twintip.

that's completely dependent on local conditions. Is the wind 20 knots at 22 meters and 10 knots at 15 meters, or is the local wind 20 knots at 22 meters but 19 knots at 15 meters? You can't predict these ahead of time it all depends on the local wind.

hello, I have your weight and I fly souls 3 or 4 years ago. I use my 10 meters with TT between 9 and 28kn. although the sweet spot is between 12 to 22kn. The jumps are high, great hang time and a lot of fun with short lines above 20kn.
Two years ago I bought a soul 7m and it is a fun machine. sky high jumps and super float. qthe range 14kn to 35. the sweet spot 18 to 30kn. now with short lines it is pure adrenaline.
