Just for fun : 45 knots with my 61 kg :-). With the Conceptair pulsion 3.69m2, rock solid , despite turbulent wind:

Funalex will give his precise answer on the hawk i suppose. But i can just witness that during a longtime, the best "very high winds" reputation for foilkite was on the Conceptair Wave, 4.5 m2 or even 3m2, with rides in 50/55 knots for some 75 kg hydrofoilers, reporting to feel in better safety than LEI's in those winds. Unlimited depower ...

This CA Wave is a bit less "solid" in the air than pulsion 3.69m but offers more depower for strapless riders. A friend of mine used it during a long time as his prefered kite, then changed to test other models for waves strapless, then bought again a CA wave. Works also with classic surfboards (initially developped forctgis application) since you are never "ejected" from the wave thanks to instant depower (i can confirm)

My first test of the 3 CA Wave here, in 30 knot wind:

Comments are in french but in a nutshell : in 30 knots you feel like you ride in light winds.

Regis is right, concept air wave is really a safe kite in strong wind, with very good drift.

The hawk 4 and 5 are also very good kite, probably a little less forgivable, but still confortable, with good depower, and very good drift too.

If you like to jump/kiteloop you should chose the hawk, if the use is exclusively foiling and curves, wave is more suitable. Both are very good.

Pulsion is not a strong wing kite for me.

I speak for very small sizes. Pulsion is more rigid and stable, a bit better upwind. High end has more power even depowered.

Wave is more "soft" in any sense. A bit less rocksolid in turbulence and et the zenith, but more depower, almost zero traction when depowered. Both are off course very agile. I think pulsion has less bar pressure.

So, wave for waves and strapless, and pulsion for freeride with straps and upwind, long distance, or if you want a bit of lift like the hawk (tested in 8 and now i have one in 5m, not tested yet).
Lift is fun and i personnaly prefer generaly, using straps. But less safe in very high winds , less neutral , so may impact carving or wave engagement for some riders.

By the way, the worst of all is the old Flysurfer Viron 4m v1 or v2.... No agility when depowered, no comfort, poor low end in lulls,no fun.... In comparison

What are the ideal conditions and riding style for the Kestrel 6m2 (in foiling)? For someone with 72kg and a decent level?

Alex can you point out the main differences between the Hawk and Kestrel is smaller sizes like 6m? How is the wind range, stability, drifting ability, etc? Which one should fit best for foil and which one for twintip?

Sorry, I don't have lots of videos of 6m... yet, I'm using it a lot with my foil (probably it's my most used size in foiling in winter (wave period)), surfing wave (because it's very very reliabe and stable)... from 15 knots to 35 foiling. And more than 40 knots with my twin-tip... but the main difficulty is the launch... it's a hard time to be sure no tangle in the bridle before launch in such winds.
