That is good. The first high wind how to control your kite actually filmed in high winds.
All i would add to this is that if it is so windy that you have to body drag in. Then punch to safety before you get to the beach in waist-high water. That will give you a safety buffer to be dragged for a bit if the safety pull turns to shit.

( someday i will make one for selfland in 30+ knots without pulling the safety. Have never seen it on video my way. )
ha ha. no thanks if its really nuking and you cant walk on the beach only safe way to self land is to release it in the water. waiting for this video...
