What is the lowest wind you can kite in?

Aluula kites are heavier than the equivalent Ultralight foil kites. So unless they are using some materials that are even lighter than Aluula or a completely new concept then I don't believe it will be any better.

13m Ozone Chrono V3 UL 2.19kg

I own a 13m Ozone Chrono V3 UL and it will only just fly in 3mph. But certainly not enough wind to ride and stay upwind on a hydrofoil.

I have found that 5 to 6mph is the realistic low end. By the way, the jump in power from 3mph to 5mph is HUGE - Way more than double. So I don't believe the 3mph claim.
