Great video !! Thx for sharing. In addition to proper glasses I'd add that a good diet ensures longevity of eyesight and is a great defense against eye issues as we age. It's the same stuff...consume dark leafy greens, salmon (omegas), red peppers, broccoli and brussel sprouts. I cannot stand eating vegies so I'll make a smoothie a few times per week with Kale and a bunch of other stuff. Stay healthy all
