Yeah. I know those kind of spots with chop everywhere. I learned to windsurf in an inland harbour and the concrete sea defences would reflect the chop back out again. You learned where the opposite directions of chop used to meet cleanly so you could get the biggest ramps to jump off. I kited there a few times but it never offered great conditions for kiting as you don't need the steep ramps to get air like you do with a windsurf board.
